Terms and Conditions
Entry into this referral program deems acceptance of these terms and conditions:
1. This referral reward program is only eligible to be redeemed with brokers from Smartfinn Advisors Pty Ltd.
2. The referred customer must not be a current or previous client of Smartfinn Advisors or have an active quote or application in process.
3. Once the referred customers loan has settled, we will be in contact with you to credit the amount to your bank account.
4. Once the reward amount has been credited, Smartfinn Advisors have fulfilled its obligations and no further claim will be accepted.
5. A referral is active for 12 months from the date you provide the details to us.
6. You will be rewarded at the time of settlement of the loan of your referee. You will be notified by email or SMS about the settlement.
7. The amount of $500 gift card will be credited to your nominated account number.
8. The minimum loan amount should be $250,000.
9. You must have the persons consent before you share their details with us.
10. Please ensure you and the person you are referring to read our privacy policy.
11. Available to Australian residents only and not to the staff of Smartfinn Advisors Pty Ltd.
12. The referred customer must settle a finance contract within 6 months of the referral to be eligible for this offer.
13. Only one (1) referral payment will be made per property. The first referral received will qualify for the referral payment. Subsequent referrals received from other referrers for the same borrower/s will not qualify for this program.
14. We ask that referrers inform the person that they are referring to expect a call from Smartfinn Advisors Pty Ltd beforehand.
15. Smartfinn Advisors Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any point.

Refer any of your friends or family members and on settlement of their home loan, the amount will be credited to your account. We will notify you of the progress of the referral and will contact you for your account details on the settlement of the referred client’s loan.
Yes, we respect everyone’s privacy, and it is important to check with the client before forwarding personal contact information.
You can refer any unlimited number and we encourage you to refer as many contacts as you like!
No. Regardless of the number of referrals, the same reward applies. You will be eligible for a gift card of $500 at the time of settlement of your referee’s loan. The gift card of $500 is per property owned by the client. For e.g., if the client has 2 properties for which 2 home loans are settled through Smartfinn Advisors, then you would be entitled to $1000 as an incentive.
A successful referral means that the referee that you have referred to Smartfinn Advisors goes on to apply for a loan with Smartfinn Advisors and the application is settled with the lender.
We will update you if the referee has decided to apply for a loan with us and when their loan gets settled. For privacy reasons, we cannot divulge any further details regarding the loan.
Yes. As per the requirement of our regulators, every Mortgage Broker has to notify any incentive amount that has been received by the broker or paid by the broker.
Any money reward may need to be declared for tax purposes. We recommend speaking to a tax adviser.
You will be rewarded for every successful referral that you make. If someone whom you have referred makes a successful referral, they will receive the reward.
Rest assured. You will be rewarded at the time of settlement of your referee’s loan within 60 days.
